Thank you for shopping with JACODERFAITHWEAR. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, produced, and delivered. Because we use Printful as our on-demand fulfillment partner, shipping times may vary depending on product type and destination.
Order Processing & Production
All products in our store are made to order. Once you place an order:

Printful begins production within 2–5 business days.

Production times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping times begin after Printful completes production.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Some items may ship separately depending on Printful’s available fulfillment centers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships:

You will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address:

Printful may return the order as “undeliverable.”

You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address.
We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already entered production.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties based on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in your order total.

The customer is responsible for any additional charges.
Customs processing may also delay delivery times.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Printful and our store take these issues seriously.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the issue.

Printful will replace the item at no cost.
Lost Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

If still missing, contact us.
Printful may require 7–10 business days to investigate.
Multiple Shipments
Because Printful fulfills items from multiple locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.
You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production.
